Anyhoo I enjoy your scribblings. I always picture you when venting your spleen, stabbing furiously at the keyboard with venom and utter contempt. It cheers me up and gives me a laugh at times if I'm honest.

I think now given where we are that MA is basically just being stubborn. He won’t sack SB out of principle. He doesn’t want to be proved wrong.

It’s 3/3 relegations as he won’t back down.

 

Strikes me as odd that the club just don't seem bothered. Bruce is flapping and floundering but, honestly, looks like he's as in the dark as anyone. I simply don't believe the 2 or 3 calls a day with Charnley, it doesn't make sense.

I read on here that anyone affiliated to a club cannot make disparaging comments about the club in any way, else it's a breach of conduct and gross misconduct (sacked without payoff). Seems about right.

 

Strange, watching how we play I can fully believe that Bruce is talking to Penfold two or three times a day.

 

So why the inaction? It’s not just that the club stands to lose £150m in face value, but in uncertain times tv revenue is critical and we’re going to wipe out £100m of income as well. It doesn’t make even a tiny bit of sense. If this club goes down, we’re staying down.

 

Seems like the fans have shot themselves in the foot with the bruce out banners etc.

They should have all learned now how Ashley reacts to be told what to do

He's sighted not having Fraser and max all season which isn't actually true and max was dreadful before he was out.

Bruce had ran out of all excuses now, so he's going to throw max and Fraser on for Carroll and Almiron and cross his fingers

Win and he'll enforce the claim

Lose and he's ****ed

 

Meanwhile a top club with a top manager with top owners and top players are beating Brentford.

Steve Bruce will be gone soon as will Mike Ashley and his little lapdog, Lee Charnley.

 

Honestly, Bruce could be handed a lifetime contract, Ashley could come out and say he's never selling, and people would still believe it was going to happen.

We're saddled with Bruce who is apparently instrumental in bringing the astounding Graeme "Who?" Jones to the the club. The board have effectively backed Bruce, because he's said "I don't need players, but gizza coach please", meaning out outlay is about £200k with the promise of PL safety. It's ****ing utter and complete madness, endlessly on repeat. The club is fundamentally bad for our health.
