I stopped about 8 years ago but have some small weights at home for toning and swim at least three times a week for an hour.

I've protected my identity as I don't want you fudge packers knocking one out on my face. <ok>

Is that 8 years ago?

Mr Marks lookin fresh. I'm like Tel, in that marriage and a kid saw to priority shifts and I went from playing footy 3 times a week and Gymming 5 times a week to just the football, then knocked that on the head about 4 years ago....now I'm in the process of the fight back...getting the head right.

Not easy that ****.

Tell me about it getting your head around the commitment can be staggering as basically it's a life choice.

I'm not as serious as some of you boys seem to be on here. I just like to build up and keep in shape, basically.

All this cutting and everything seems to be to much of a **** on to bother with. I've watched my old man do it before he used to do the shows, I've seen him get up at 3am for food then back to sleep. I've also seen him munching away on baby food and ****.

**** that.

I'll go to the gym 3 times a week for 90 mins but I'm not getting anal about what I'm doing or take supplements or anything like that. I don't care that much... Just trying to be healthy.

Even at my most strict I was nothing like that, rest has always been as important as training for me so there's no way I'm waking up to eat anything at 3am.

Right, my body feels fab after last night's yoga so it's back to the gym tonight to **** it back up again.

Not planning on any weights, just a row and run and kettle bells (etc.) session. Depends how busy it is. If I can get near the squat rack I will be squats and dead lifts.

Just enjoying a casein shake, tastes like aero milkshake.

Taken away my sweet craving so I won't be reaching for anything nasty.

Saw this and although the stereotype won't fit us all there is an element that does...enjoy!

There were some ****ing tanks in the gym this morning, one guy was curling 60Kg on the EZ bar with perfect form.

I was doing rows with the same ****ing weight that he was curling.

Some people have unreal commitment, like they've got 40 hours in their days or something!

Training on holiday paid off.

Smashed it on the treadmill both yesterday and today. Feeling fitter than I have done in years.

Hope my back doesn't pop!

I had a **** last night and had no energy this morning to go to the gym.

Edit: By ****, I mean I did some plyometrics in my back yard.
