England's success in getting 4 clubs to the European club finals has a downside for the international team.
It transpires that there are actually some English players at these clubs and EUFA have skillfully set the date by which squads for the Euro Thingy Cup finals that England are in BEFORE the club finals.

UEFA having chosen Baku in Azerbaijan for the final have a problem.....Armenia have a diplomatic stand-off with that country and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (Arsenal) an Armenian would not be allowed to travel to that country.....sounds like the usual cock up that Officialdom are quite expert at doing.
They could disguise them as peasants and smuggle them in. I saw something similar in the film Escape to Glory. It worked then.

Ferry to Santander and get a taxi to Madrid for the day. A whole load cheaper than what you got quoted above Joe. Better still hire a coach and stay in Satander overnight or whatever then coach takes you to Madrid. Can't be more than a few hours down the motorway. Cheaper if 50 people go together. Bet you could get the lot for less than £400 per head.

Well , 38000 tickets to teh 2 clubs and 4k of them for the public, the rest are for the EUFA family, its no different now as when sept twatter was in charge, all for the brown enevlopes . disgrace the working man who support the game are not even given a chance. i doubt i will go now as its not that i can tafford to but begrudge giving the psanish any cash.. My mate has a hotel booked and a flight.. think i may go to twickenham for teh rugby final and watch it in london some place, such a pity , but that is how it is. for a lot people.
Would he get a game in though as the likes of Threlkeld.....I believe he was a bit of a flop when he returned on loan as never sorted out the defence?
