He did, absolutely. But moreover, despite moving Ankersen (god, I hate that man) 'across' and getting rid of Kraft, I just feel like RA still has influence etc. He needs to **** them all off.
The million dollar question though is that if he put these people in there in the first place, is he really the best person to recruit better ones? Is his football knowledge good enough to know who’s good and who’s not? To be honest I’ve kinda lost faith.

Seeing as his main football adviser is a certain Mr R Ankersen, what more do I need to say? <laugh>

Never knew how good we had it; please forgive us Lyanco <laugh>

(Slight hyperbole; he was **** <laugh>)

TBH that shows how well Ralph was doing, because that's a ****ing awful team.

Looking at the bench (Small, Simeu & Chauke all named), we must've had a mini injury crisis going on. No RB either.

Agree with your general point though; looking back you see the job and squad that Ralph had and its impressive.

Shame SR came in and ruined it all. Dare I say, tarnished his reputation slightly as well?

Wonder if that was when the SR blueprint started being imprinted on the club? Literally did just turn to **** overnight didn't it.

Still waiting for that reaction as well <laugh>

I'm convinced something happened in the dressing room that day. Sure we'll find out eventually.

Might try and find that Villa fred tomorrow. Would make interesting reading.

Forster - Bournemouth back up GK, although tbf he is on the verge of retirement.
Lyanco - Playing at Atletico Mineiro which isn't terrible, but very different to the PL
Bednarek - Having a very good time in Portugal
Salisu - Bit part player at Monaco
JWP - Its been a bit chequered....
Romeu - Did very well after leaving, can't get in our side now but he is at the end of his career
Diallo - Qatari League journeyman
Perraud - Journeymanning, but at good clubs (Why the **** did we replace him with Manning???)
Redmond - Turkey, Burnley, Sheffield Wednesday
Broja - Trajectory smashed by injury
Tella - Started off well at Leverkusen but seems to be diminishing returns (has he been injured a lot?)

We need a Jack Stephens behind the scenes autobiography on his time here. Would genuinely be a fascinating read; from championship promotion, to Europe and back to the championship twice <laugh>

I still don't think HE is really the problem. I'd entirely **** off his senior partners though and start again with some people with the first clue about football (maybe keep Parsons on the non-football stuff).

Though I'm starting to doubt myself again.

Wonder if I can contact Nicola again <laugh>
See if he knows any more Swiss-German billionaires with little cameras!
