I'd dispute that tbh but depends how you look at it I guess.

Obviously we don't have all the off the pitch concerns now but in terms of what's actually happening on the pitch this is by far the most miserable season I've experienced in my time going.

Prob doesn't help that I've been to far more games though in fairness.
Yeah, purely talking about on the pitch then I agree. I'm 30 and this is by far the worst season I have seen.

But as a whole, the pre-leibherr season was worse. At least we know we are going to have a club to support next season.

So Dragan gets a free pass? Not his fault?

Obviously there's absolutely nothing he could have done, if anything he's the victim here <laugh>
No, he doesn’t get a free pass of course. Let’s not rewrite history, he was persuaded by Kraft and Ankersen to buy us. On the face of it, Ankersen had a decent record at Brentford, although as it turned out his success was riding Phil Giles’ coat tails.

Ankersen and Kraft were abysmal at running Saints, no one would say otherwise. But I simply cannot understand your hatred for Dragan Solak, who rescued us from the disastrous ownership of Jisheng Gao, and invested a considerable amount of his own money in players and infrastructure. Would you rather Gao still owned us? How much did he spend on players while he was here? Can you put your hand on your heart and say we wouldn’t have got relegated 2 seasons ago? Can you honestly say that if Gao was still in charge, we would have got promoted again last season?

Dragan Solak might not be Markus Liebherr reincarnated, but he’s a **** sight better than Markus’s daughter, or the penniless Gao.

What the f**k are they up to concentrating on hiring a whole new recruitment team before they've even got a new Ticket Office manager in to announce season ticket details <doh>

Is it an exaggeration to say this might be the biggest transfer window in the clubs history? I feel like it’s going to define a lot of the future with how well it goes. I know a few people who are going to wait and see what the club does in the summer before renewing their tickets.

And I just don't think we've got that much money to spend. Last time we went down we spent 10m. This time we will recoup far less on outgoing players, because I can't see teams meeting our valuations on the likes of THB, Fernandes, Dibling.

Alfie House has said the club are in a much better financial situation this time round.

And if clubs won't meet our valuations, we won't sell. The only one we might be tempted to accept a lower offer is Dibling, but even then he has 2 years left so it won't be drastically lower than what we want.

Hope you're right!

Happy to keep all those players anyway.
