Yes, I think we will see a clear-out in the summer whatever happens. (I'm "on the road" at the moment so posting is bit of a problem. Normal service Thursday!)
Irrespective of how good or bad the current set up is, I think we anyway need a marquee appointment to head the academy, somebody with both a top-class career behind him and experience of youth development abroad, somebody whose appointment would be seen as a coup and attract young talent from all over the place. This might just be possible if we stay up this year.
I'd certainly go with the foreign route, I have even less time for British coaches than I do for the players.
