This is a map of trading blocs around the world. They do it because it makes trade easier and more prosperous. If trading blocs made trade worse, then why would countries do it? A decline in the economy is absolutely inevitable, not project fear. It's just a case of how much.

No, it means that you can more easily agree products standards and reduce tariffs. Making things cheaper and therefore creating more trade.

With respect JGF, you're the one who said that we (the UK) have a trade deal with China already purely because we buy things that say 'made in China', so I don't think you're the best to be lecturing on trading.

Yes they have. Its been said before the two main parties as part of their manifestos pledged to uphold the result of the referendum. A reasonable person would conclude that a significant number of MP's do not want to uphold those pledges to the electorate. Further to the above MP's in seats with enormous majorities who voted leave are not reflecting this with their behaviour over the last three years.

What you say is absolutely correct, the MP's are not representing the vote proportionately whatsoever, but it's yet to be fully 'stolen' in my opinion. It's still likely to happen. A bunch of self seeking, 2 faced, spineless Eurofiles are betraying the majority and twisting and turning every value that parliamentary democracy had to offer, these are the people that said we were to thick, to stupid and uneducated to understand the ramifications of leaving.

The vote was Leave or Remain, Leave won, not a watered down if, maybe, possible, we know better than you but just Leave, then we can talk about a trading relationship, we've got the message, we understand.

I haven't accused you of any of that so pipe down. As I said, hysterical. And you can bet your arse if I called you a **** I'd be banned from here.

The 80% stat keeps getting wheeled out and it's nonsense. Do you really think 80% of the electorate want to leave the EU? We have a 2-party voting system, the 80% stat means nothing. I voted Labour but do not want to leave.

You may say I have a superior attitude but reading some of the cluelessness on here from the likes of JGF and RR it's incredibly hard not to with some people. People who definitely know they hate EU laws but can't tell us a single one they dislike. People who say we need to leave to make trade deals with the rest of the world, but apparently think we already have one with China! People that think foreigners are taking all of our jobs while apparently also taking all of our benefits!

I disagree with the likes of Cliftonville but at least he seemingly knows what he's talking about, probably more so than I do. That's not a superior attitude at all. I've watched every piece he's ever posted in here to broaden my horizons, so I certainly don't think I'm above anything. It's a discussion and though it's heated, debate should make everybody more intelligent overall.

One thing all of the above have in common is we voted leave and I personally respect every one of them and their values and I acknowledge the right of remainers to their beliefs.

Guys please let’s keep it friendly - or at least refrain from calling each other names simply because of the different views we hold
It’s in the hands of the politicians now - incompetent and selfish as they are it’s in their hands and will remain in their hands unless they decide to come back to the people again - which they have indicated that they don’t want to do and a sizeable number of the public don’t want either.
In the meantime we are still no closer to understanding what sort of Brexit we will get - or when - and what it will mean for us.
No doubt there will be some twists and turns this week with all the votes going on, where the supporters of a no-deal Brexit will join with their Remainer counterparts and vote down every deal that’s put in front of them.
Strap in and hold on tight - it’s going to get bumpy.......
