I'm glad I'm not included in the ''self loathing'' set - I still support the team and protest loud and proud at away fixtures, I don't boo the team or substitutions no matter how bad we play - I'd be doing the same at home matches if it weren't for the membership scheme, I don't not go to spite the Allams, I don't go because the lack of concessions for kids and OAP's makes me feel uneasy .... that's my choice and I hope it's respected as I respect those who continue to go, support the team, and protest. Come the season end I hope I'm the one saying ''I never saw that coming'' as we stay up and put 'boro down last match of the season!

Weve got players that have stagnated
Huddlestone and elmo being the obvious
Weve got players who are on the decline and will soon need replacing
Dawson and davies are no spring chickens
Weve got players who maybe arnt prem class
Meyler, marshall, clucas, bruce, henriksen, weir, keane, diomande, mcgregor, hernandez
We'd do well to overhaul the scouting department and modernise it and set a long term strategy up to find some gems, we needed abit of a squad revamp summer gone instead we got chaos

For what its worth i think they have a better balanced squad, a settled system and more importantly they fight tooth and nail at home and have the confidence they can beat anybody at home.
we have maybe five players good enough to consistently stay in this league, the rest are championship level at best, championship level or yoyo players good enough for the championship but not quite good enough for the premiership.
Id hoped we took the next step summer gone and were really clever in our recruitment and we could of established ourselfs in the prem, i think with the likes of dawson, livermore, snodgrass, odubajo and robertson we kind of had a pretty good base to build a competitive side but hey ho ehabs probably just unravelled a few seasons of progression from bruce.

Jake Livermore is better than hendrick. So you now name 5. I don't agree with the 5 but even so we have 6 in the first eleven then.
Phelan has worked with these players for two years, random players Jesus Christ.
I just want the owners to go so we can get our fans back and start feeling like a club again, I'm not really arsed about anyone spunking anything, I was just pointing out that there is the potential for spunking.

arf - once Jake starts passing to his own team mates then he might start getting close to Hendrick - unfortunately he's caught a bad dose of Meyleritis this season
I love the reply. I did actually know how many points they had. I was merely pounting out that they are not un-catchable. People want to believe we are doomed as it suits the claim that the owners are useless. Our owners are more than capable of getting us out of this (and getting themselves out of this). Only time will tell if they want to see us stay up.
