Spot onSorry Sergey .. admirable though it may be supporting your countryman I disagree to a certain extent.
The Allams have sold him down the river with their asset stripping and poor recruitment, I fully concur with you here.
However the players brought in are currently performing well below their natural levels. The organisation of the team is none existent. The ideal to play 2 wingers who simply cant or won't defend against solid banks of 3 and 4 midfielders is ridiculous. We are constantly getting over run in midfield which pressurises the already poorly drilled defence.
We are lacking quality for sure due to the Allams incompetence however as I have repeatedly said someone capable of organising and coaching properly would improve our performances immeasurably.
I point to Slutskys behaviour on the touch line during games were he constantly parades up and down looking at his toes instead of interacting with players on the field to ensure they know what they should be doing and bollocking them if they arent getting it right.
I point to the time Hector was sent off against Forest when it was left to Dawson to organise the team while Sluts looked nervously at his toes.
Nice bloke .. yes
Sympathy .. yes
Dealt a crap hand .. yes
Doing a good job here .. no
Organised this team .. no
Respect of the players ?
I' m afraid Leonid for me has fallen way short of the required level.
Precisely what options are available at RB instead of Aina though?Sergey refers to naivety on Aina's part last week to ameliorate the managing qualities of Slut. And, Aina is an example of a player who has been criticised on numerous occasions. But please remember Sergey that it is the Slut who insists on naming him in first eleven week in and week out. Aina with his "schoolboy errors" has never been substituted e.g. by Lenihan for even one game.
"...the reasons that he cannot currently do the job as he'd like"?Leonid Slutsky's agent discusses the Hull City manager's future and owners' support
Sandor Varga says the City boss has the full support of the Allam family, who understand the reasons that he cannot currently do the job as he'd like
Leonid Slutsky’s agent says the Hull City manager has the full support of the club’s owners and will remain at the KCOM Stadium until ‘at least the end of the season.’

If you know what his point was, why don't you leave it to him to explain rather than making assumptions. At least I kept it to football.
Re that statement
"...the reasons that he cannot currently do the job as he'd like"? Bloody hell, so are we to assume they now admit they made a mistake in selling the majority of the team and regret bringing in the players they did? Surely not, the Allams would never admit to making mistakes. Must be a mix up in translation or something, then again they probably mean the supporters are to blame.
Overall the squad is fairly strong
