Judging by his after match comments yesterday he's under no pressure to get results as it is the 200-300 militants who are the reason for the poor result's and performances.
I'm almost past caring let alone disappointed.

We hear a lot about Sluts with the words, likeable, amiable, gets on well with players, good guy, good connections with Chelsea, likes the owners, no pressure, animated etc etc., These need replacing with good motivator, strong personality, top communicator, plays to a system, has a transfer budget in January, has a proper assistant, is not happy with a point per game and can identify and rectify weak links in this team.

Would also help if he actually watched and read the game instead of pacing up and down on the touchline looking at his toes sending out negatives to the players.

Another reason why he is not the answer to our problems.

No Geo he does not and if as people say he is coming I can only see an assistant role for him here. If I could have a preferred candidate it would be Tony Pulis or perhaps Big SAM. Find a system that suits and fit the players in. But fundamentally I want a manager that is allowed to manage. One who identifies players and the chairman gets them for him. I don’t buy into this head coach ****. If you have got it into your head what you want and who you want to do it and the players buy into it then you are halfway there to success.

Let' put a stop to thoughts of Pullis or Allerdyce being tempted to our club shall we. There is a snowball's chance in hell of getting an established manager such as that at our club while Dipstick and Dipshit are owners. The moment Enob forced Steve Bruce out word will have spread like wild fire about these two's ****wittishness. The only chance of a decent manager now is if someone doing well from the lower leagues want to try and enhance their reputations .. but given the lack of support they' d get I doubt even that would happen.

Well B And B you may be right in what you say but Sunderland tempted Coleman in which was a surprise to me. I only think we need one thing to happen for this club to be attractive again and that is exactly what you say. Owners who care about it. The rest will follow. Like the Blues Brothers said. “If the **** fits, wear it”

I’m amazed Coleman went there, I thought their chairman had lost interest. They certainly didn’t have ago in the summer transfer market

Unless the new chairman is a Russian Oil Magnate then he won’t keep Len.

I expect this will mean a resurgence from Sunderland plus he will have some money to spend come January.
So that leaves Burton & Bolton who are defiantly worse than us.
See what happens at Brum but we are ****ed.

Disagree this manager is truly awful.
He's struggling so much at his job that any good "employer" would put him out of his misery.
    But therein lies the problem.

I'd take Adkins. He would organise what we have better than it's being done currently
