Brady has (wisely) kept his sporting allegiance to himself.

Believe he's a Humbersite ****ehawks ice hockey fan.

Brady is stepping down as Leader of the Council, Darren Hales is taking over later this week. Interesting to see future developments. Hull FC have a few more years on their sharing agreement at the stadium. Pearson on his Radio Humberside interview last month was keen to get cheap money invested in the club to build a new stadium, maybe he is looking to generate a path to leave the ground sharing arrangement early.

If Hull City had paid 140,000 per game played the SMC would be rolling in money.
Our police costs aren't far from that per game, when we have a decent crowd in. Tell me, does the KC maintain itself throughout the year free of charge ? All the services are free too apparently, no-one takes a wage plus the toothfairy picks up the £2m annual rates bill. No wonder Sir Adam thinks he is hard done by.

Per year, not per game, the last published figures had our annual policing bill at £214k.

Mine was a pure uneducated guess, I have no idea how much Hull City pay to the SMC per game / or season. The 140,000 is the figure presented in the paper for the Hull FC games.

Enlighten us with some facts and figures.

A merger of Hull''s underperforming rl clubs is long overdue.

There just isn't the interest or money for both of them.

With one unified club, they could finally challenge Wakefield and Castleford with some expectation of coming out on top. ,

The total rent paid by City and FC combined is £1,185,000, so if FC really have paid £140k to get this game on, it’s well over 10% of the SMC’s annual rental income.

Let's be honest here. Of course Allams have given and are giving City massive priority. It was meant to be a stadium and arena for both clubs and the community. Allams continue to take the piss. They must be a ****ing nightmare for Pearson to work with. For us all of course City come first but lets not blin ourselves to reality; we know full well they are twats.
And if I had to choose who I'd trust to be telling truths, there's zero possibility it would be the Allams.

How many home games did City play last season ? Did we whinge to the local rag about the cost even though every one of them and several at the end of the previous season were played behind closed doors ? We ( Hull City) pay more to police our games then Arsenal do for theirs, chew on that fact. RL refuse to pay for any policing of their games which is why there is none and the reason they keep up the nonsense that RL is a family game with no trouble. Also I didn't hear Sir Adam or FC whinging when he was in charge of the SMC and FC were enjoying some very generous freebies paid for by the SMC, and the very people he is now spitting his dummy about now.

What community activities besides football and rugby do people expect to see at the KCOM?

Let's be honest here, sir Adam would have done exactly the same if he was in charge of hull city and there was potential we needed the stadium for the play off game. He did everything he could to benefit Hull city when he was in charge of the SMC and now he's on the opposite side of it, he doesn't like it
