One of those travelling into Hull working and taking money out of the city? One of those who some on message boards and according to Geraghty thought were doing so and who should be charged to use the city's facilities. Obviously even er heard of commuting or tourism.
Take away those from outside of Hull and City's crowds would have been extremely poor for decades.

Two-thirds of City pass-holders are in the East Riding, at least they were in the last figures I saw.
Why does it matter? Why is it such a big deal on here?

It shows that the public of Hull are not supporting their local football team. The vast majority of the two rugby teams fans will be from Hull. Perhaps build a stadium in the East Riding to save a lot of travelling.
Seriously, years ago the PL did a survey of which clubs had the highest number of season ticket holders with the most fans living outside the city postcodes. Surprisingly Man Uyd were only third. Liverpool were second. And the one with the most were TWS.
Given Hull's in the East Riding, it's hardly surprising the bulk of the support comes from their, even if you include the suburbs.
Even if those figures are anything like accurate, many of those not in Hull, won't be in the East Riding either, but it's only fair the suburban bits pay a little bit back to the City they rely on for their infrastructure.
So stop doing it, or at least raise it with the person that started the conversation, not me, who only joined in. .
