Obviously we assess managers according to different criteria Bodbo. Jokanovic is the only manager since the Pozzos came along who improved us over an entire season - and brought us to a peak at exactly the right time. It remains to be seen if Silva can do the same. All I am saying is that the signs are promising but I cannot say that Silva is the full article yet. For a short term fix at Everton he could be ideal, but there are so many other 'proven' managers out there - such as Martin o' Neill who fit the bill better.
I am Bodbo-NOT BobbyD! Silva needs a whole season with his players-and a better medical team than appears to be the case. Will he get that? This time I think so, once we get players back and sone momentum.

Probably everyone already knows the bulk of this article - although I hadn't heard that some (unnamed) players wanted to leave with him when he asked to go. My guess would be Richarlison & Carrillo.

It ends up speculating that MS will be off at the end of the season.
This could be the reason we are getting mixed messages from the club one minute they want to do deals early then its like the summer .(when there could be a new manager) .So far i think we have had 13 players hit the back of the net (Gray can take some credit for leading the line) And Stoke is the only club that has let more in .Then there is the problem of cover out wide .So yes we need players but the board will risk it to back the new manager
