I've had this view long before the Terry incident.
1) Since when was John Terry caught shagging his best friend's missus?
2) Do you know who John Terry's best friend is? I hope you are not referring to Wayne Bridge, they are far from best friends.

The saddest thing about this whole thing is now Suarez is going to be branded a racist by idiots
Their are people who target families for their race, put them through hell and try to make everyday for them living hell, weather it be their kids or the parents they get singled out by these people for their skin color. These people are racists, people who have so much hate inside them for people of different race.I know a lot of you have said that you don't think Suarez is a racist
I'm going to stand by the club that I love, and the club that I love football for, weather rival fans or my own fans like it or not. If the inevitable appeal fails and it turns out the FA had conclusive evidence that Suarez was guilty then so be it, the ban will be fully justified. But until then like i said earlier, I will stick by the club I love and support and trust their judgement.

What I find extraordinary about this statement is do they expect a Pool corner at the Kop end v United to be a nice quiet place to listen to conversations, thats right, a quiet conversation between 2 people, i.e. not yelling at the top of their voice? Would it be too much of a stretch of the imagination, that the players around them were actually concentrating on defending/attacking the corner?

Still can't believe this, and on our footy program here, the commentators were thrashing Suarez already like the evidence was rock solid and fool proof! Again for me this is not racism, Evra used that card to get Suarez in trouble and now it has blown into this Suarez is a cheat,liar, racist. IF THEY PROVIDE SOLID EVIDENCE then I will hold my hands up but at the moment all they have is word vs word. I still can;t believe this and I am wondering how much are they hiding because I know over here if there is a big case, **** the whole world knows about ( or at least the US).

I want evidence, what is the evidence, you are the the prosecuter how are you going to prove that Suarez is racist. he used the term Negrito and I didn't like it, case closed. That is what it feels like at the moment. Again where was all of this in the match report on the day? Why was it not put in, why was it after everyone had left that he suddenly came out with it? It doesn't feel right and thus, I want evidence other than aforementioned.

I think the derogatory comment made by Evra was Dego, which is not a well liked name of South American people. A person of Asian ethnicity is Asian, a person of Indian ethnicity is Indian, a person of black colour is Black, I thought the derogatory term for these was Coloured? Suarez, whatever term he used was niaive to say the least but, what we know is hearsay and according to the reports the finding was based on what Evra told the committee. If this was a straight forward police investigation, it would have been dismissed before it even got a thought of CPS becuase hearsay is inadmissable evidence and no judge would entertain the case in his court.
If indeed the result was based on Evra's word against Suarez then there is a cast iron case for appeal by LFC, if the referee has submitted in his report that he heard Suarez make those comments then he is guilty and there is no where for LFC to turn. What also needs to be looked at if the reports are true and LFC's stance against Evra are also found to be true that he has himself admitted making racists comments of an objectionate term and also claimed the refere had'only booked him because he was black' then the punishment should be revoked and a case against Evra should be brought to stop him playing the race card yet again. Hopefully the report will show all the evidence set out before the panel and we will see everything in black and white and not covered in grey as it is at present.

If this case demonstrates anything then it is the inability of the FA to define exactly what a racist comment actually is and how that can be separated from the individual making the statement. The FA say that they believe that Suarez is not a racist, (even Evra is supposed to have said the same thing) yet the FA have not published the grounds upon they believe case against Suarez is proven. Without that publication then the only basis for their decision is opinion and that is just not good enough.
Remember, our owners are American - the most litigious nation in the world - and it is unlikely that they will accept this ruling without challenge.
Now my opinion is that you haven't got a clue about the real issues and are merely mouthing-off - but then that is only my opinion.

Sometimes it depends on who you talk to, some like the term African American as it invovled their heritage and that is what they want to be referred to. Many could give two ****s and black is not a problem.
