Mick is clearing porn off this site ..... when I discussed the amount of porn that needed to be cleared out of those threads with ACS .... he said it would be better just to get rid rather than me going through every page - having done a couple of pages prior to this being agreed .... I'm very grateful not to go through any more

I agree that the material started to get more extreme and the thread lost it's original somewhat innocent vibe, and didn't feel as much of a "lads banter" thread, but still, if it was password protected, why not?
There was nothing that bad on it. There was no rape or very obscene things, there was just hardcore porn, most of it was just sex gifs that weren't even that bad.
There are things posted on general chat that aren't porn, but people talking about a woman in a recent news story and talking about none-consensual sex and her being rammed down her gaping arsehole...
That sort of talk is far worse, IMO, than just porn gifs.
To be fair think it's had its day. Remember getting the password off you a couple of months ago, yet barely used it.
