Morning AB, that site seems to be livelier now than when you first came across.
Reckon I'm going to still use both as long as I can as will miss some of the conversations with opposition fans.
Was on for about 19 mins and nobody said anything.
The way I see it, right it kicked off 2 months ago, alot of us threatened to leave but didn't, the same is happening now with people though I think there are some who won't return, so by signing up to there you get double the interaction and keep in touch with everyone.

That is the one thing I would miss most if everyone went over there, the chance to chat with supporters of other teams, can remember having good discussion on the Sunderland, Leeds, Swansea, Liverpool and Norwich boards at different times to name a few. Not to mention the fact that people like Bolton4Europe and Kyle have came across here and been canny despite supporting other teams.
Thought you'd come back here because they wouldn't make you a mod.

Sorry Jacky, but why should people have to sit here and develop a resilience to child porn, malware and brutal snuff videos? People signed up predominantly to discuss football and have been confronted with disgusting images and videos which their moderators have no power to remove. Not only that but the offenders are allowed to do it again and again without punishment. If that's what you lot want to do on General Chat then that's your call but most of our users are not sadists or *****philes and would rather move somewhere where they have control over what's posted.
Pictures of Syd's seven year old grandson were circulated and remorselessly abused, then rather than apologising or acknowledging they'd gone too far, they continued to abuse him. Why would anyone want to remain on a site where that kind of thing happens?
I'm fairly thick skinned, nothing I've seen on this site has offended me personally, thankfully stuff that would have I've missed. I didn't want to leave, I can ignore the abusive content and wanted to stay on a forum with more than one set of fans, but I fully understand why people wouldn't want to have to put up with this ****. This isn't a knee jerk reaction, this has been going on for months now with no action being taken and people have understandably had enough.
Also this isn't just a result of the feud with General Chat it's the way the site is managed as a whole. Mrtiote post some quite sickening videos and constantly abused other users. Our mods then had to ask for him to be banned, and then he was only given a temporary ban so he was allowed to return a week later and pick up where he left off. It just doesn't work.
Mick set this place up to give users more freedom from the over moderation of 606, and Skalpel's kindly set a place up where people can discuss football without disabled porn photoshops.
