Sorry but that made me chuckle for some reason.

Like others have said, at least you're getting interviews, sooner or later you're going to deceive someone into believing you're a competent worker. Also, it's not much of a silver lining, but it's all experience, the more interviews you have the less likely you are to get caught off guard in one and the more comfortable you'll become in that situation.

Have you thought about doing something to bulk out your CV while you look for work? Learning to drive for example (I assume you don't because I'm sure you'd rant constantly on here about other motorists if you did) is another feather in your cap and could open up more job opportunities.

<laugh>.

By March it will be a whole year unemployed lads. I'm starting to lose my belief.

I was unemployed for a year and a half, not fun stuff... Have the job centre put you on any ****ty courses yet? I was sent to Contact Centre Professional to piss around for 6 weeks, and after that I actually started getting some success in applications to call centres, although couldn't take them since, by then, I was looking for short term work.

2 and a half years I've been unemployed, though have done voluntary work placements along the way, this would defo but something worth looking into, as it shows potential future employers that you are prepared to put the work in.

This was on Rude Tube the other day, Adam Buxton is hilarious <laugh>

I haven't laughed so hard in a long time

Speaking of jobs, have you thought applying for some with a little bit of a commute?
It's what I'm doing with jobs around West Yorkshire and I've had a few interviews recently (doesn't mean I'll get the job/s though)!

I thought you got £1,000.00 a week for running Shearer's, isn't that enough for you?
