I had an interview where I was told to ask at reception for a Hussy.

Thinking this was a set up I asked at the reception for A Huffy. I was told that Mrs Hussy would be along shortly.

Just say "I once didn't think about responses to interview questions so I made random things up when asked about 'doing something badly and how I rectified it' because they never check the responses out anyway and it worked because they gave me the job".
