Can anyone explain the 3 teams in one year rule to me? Chelsea werent allowed to loan Lukaku to Stoke in the summer because of it, but I can think of players who have played for 3 clubs (like Ba) so there must be a loophole? Just interested because it could mean that we arent even allowed to sell Ba in Jan, should we receive a bid.

They weren't allowed to loan Lukaku to Stoke because he'd already changed clubs in that window.

Quick question guys, am I right in saying we can't qualify for Europe by finishing 7th this season because the League Cup final will include Cardiff/Crystal Palace? Like how Stoke qualified for the Europa league instead of Liverpool/Everton

League Cup Europa League spot goes to winners or league position. FA Cup goes to runners up if winners already in Europe.
