Brum's is 0 at the moment whilst Brugge's is 3.

Well according to BBC Sport Brugge are top despite being level on points with Braga and an inferior goal difference. Unless they've cocked their table up.

EDIT : If the head to head rules apply then yes that's right. BBC live updates just said that if Braga win against Brugge then Birmingham will be through.
