haha, here here! None of us are leaving for a while yet, we'll all stick around, it's fine, we'll have our goodbyes when it comes to it eh!
I won't give up on this place just yet goddamnit , like many people have said we've got such a good thing going on on this board and I think it's maybe the wrong time to leave it for a board that seems a little bit quiet.
It'll be a very sad day if Tash rejects us, he'll stay though no one will comment on his 10 threads a day there so yeh we'll be fine and keep him
Oh I bet it is... Borough Road? As for the house cleanliness stuff. I don't mind mess, but I live with some right filthy ****s at the moment. It's nice to actually be able to cook in the kitchen now and then without having to wade through month old grease and mould.
Aye, think Tash'll stick here! I bloody hope so Yeah, Mick fixed it I think. If anything, it's just thrown me off
Just looked at that forum for the first time... I think I was a member on there before I came back to 606! Looks like it used to be aa606... same old members as that. Must have been 4 years ago now at least!
At the first part. Yes to second part . Handy place to live, within easy pissed walking distance to my two main haunts, Southfield and Crown.
Crown isn't really my scene, but better than the pop **** played in most the places I've been to. Southfield seems alright (especially quids in thurs, although union betters that I think) but the pool tables are **** and cramped. Signing contract for next year's house a minute's walk away from the Camel's Hump and about 3 from the union.
Well, chaps. Its been an interesting Evening. Sorry for the exodus Least we've got a back up incase things really go down the ****ter. But, I bid you farewell.
I used to go to the Crown every Thursday (rock) and Saturday ('90s). The Southfield can be good if you want a few beers with your mates and is always a good place to start a night out, but it can get busy on the weekends. Hated the Star and the Dickeds and you need a mortgage to get a drink in TSOne. I used to spend most Fridays and Sundays in the Union . I knew a few lads that lived in Albert Terrace near the Camel's Hump, but we rarely went in there because it was always rammed to the rafters with lesbians. Got nothing against them, but it wasn't my scene! I drank a fair bit come to think of it! .
I know what you meant, you can't fool me THAT easily I'm sorry. Please stay. I don't want anyone else to leave
