Krul talked about the great team spirit, Tiote being the loudest, how he feels he will keep improving, how one of his idols was Van Der Sar..
Nothing of real importance or that you couldn't guess I don't think. Jeff and teh guys praised the back 4 notably but pointed out Obertan has had little effect. They also criticised Santon for saying we should aim for a top 4 place and have the squad to do so..
How is that bad? We're ambitious and the top 4 should be the aim for all sides that aren't newly promoted.
Why on earth would they criticise ambition? He's hardly said we deserve the top 4, just why the hell not aim.
I agree, I think they thought it was Santon being a naive foreign player and that it could raise expectations and lead to dissapointment or something..
Pathetic, if you don't have belief then you aren't going to get anywhere. Hopefully this sort of dismissive attitude from the media will spur the lads on more .
We're still after Pieters http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/newc...ited-move-in-for-modibo-maiga-72703-29682274/
So how are people viewing Santon then? As a RB with Simpson as cover? Cover for RB and LB? or a starting LB? I got the impression he would be our new LB at the start of the season but other people's opinions and news of us still trying to sign a LB hint at something else..?
Most Sunderland fans were promising we'd hear a reception for Bent that would make our Owen reception look friendly. Not even remotely been the case so far.
He is in **** hot form atm, pleased for him. Villa 1-0 up, Petrov. We'll show them a proper unwelcome return when Amy comes to SJP.
Yes. Vile and sickening
With a quote from Carroll playing the victim. "I can't understand it, I had some great times there especially under Hughton. I'll never forget all the goals I scored.. blah blah." Up yours, you lanky prick.
