Ventured over the border into bandit country today. The welsh are a strange breed but very likeable.. Went to the Élan valley. Took my dog for a swim in a reservoir which was nice.

Every time I've been to Wales it has chucked it down with rain.

Took my black belt in Wales though. Used to have brilliant training courses there. Happy memories.

 

I didn't take a belt. Would have looked a bit weird trying to get a belt to swim.
