Just to clarify before sherlock macca comes on the case

I don't actually wish an acl injury on long, maybe just a metatarsal.. ok really, no injuries, or flat car batteries

just that he'll score 0 goals for Southampton, saying that if he stays, score lots of goals for us shaney, much love, although really ****ed around last year for him, get him in jan and now again, ah well

Not sure. People on twitter were saying he unfollowed us, they had pictures of some twitter friend relationship thing that showed that the club was following him but he was not following the club. I would have assumed he was following us after all he uses twitter. I dont know for sure.

Get really annoyed about that too. Same with a few other accounts on FB. Post things as fact without anything to back it up.

I run the Black & Amber account, formerly Hull City Hangout, and I'm a journalist. Anything I would tweet or post publically I would personally make sure that it's got some verification if not I tweet that it's rumours. He tweets like he's some ITK account. As the old addage goes, if you through enough darts you're going to get a bullseye
 
It's a shame, but you cant expect loyalty these days, whether we use the potential sale to recruit a like for like player or get a loan in and improve elsewhere, I did like long in the team, he was exciting and seemed to be developing a partnership with sagbo and jelavic

he compliments them both very well, the problem here really is money is useless in pure football terms, we've lost probably a key part out of team and you can't start money upfront, crucial and key times for brucey

three ****ing consecutive transfer windows we've been involved with long though, I'm sure brucey will have a trick up those big sleeves of his

to accept the bid? that's a whole other can of worms if the allams accepted it without bruces consent <laugh>

and yeah, we'll probably end up with bendtner, whose about as slow as a fish on land and plays like one too

Some up north had wind of this on Monday morning. According to them, Bruce agreed to sell Long and the decision whether to move or not was left to Shane. Evidently he's chosen to go if reports are to be believed.

Also, they don't like the idea of us getting Borini as Shane Longs replacement. Anyone take him? I would.
