Cheers Este, must admit I love that version of Bang Bang, then again, the song itself is probably one of my all time favourites.

Saw this band live at reading early 90s,seems we are going to get on.

Mercy Seat great song, acoustic version is so haunting, especially the version he played on Letterman

Seen them about 5 times. Best was in 1999, I took my then g/f to see Cave and Ellis perform in Liverpool, and he did his really dark version of West Country Girl. My g/f had to leave because she said that Warren Ellis was scaring her how he played the violin. I met her about an hour later as I wasn't leaving until Nick had finished.

Live version so different to the original record :D
