Let´s look at this in another perspective!!! Ashley, Anderson, the Stoke chairman, British Leyland, Royal Mail, the train companies, education, social services, policing, the UK Conservative party. Can you spot a common thread there?

I'm being told all the legal stuff is done and dusted.

The media is being prepped for an announcement and Peterborough should be a party.

If this doesn't pan out as I'm being told I realise I'll look stupid but it's good info from two different people I trust.

I just hope people appreciate I'm posting this for the right reasons.

I believe that what you're being told is genuine and so are your reasons for relaying it, I've just been bitten more than once by Sunderland and I prefer not to celebrate anything until it's official.

There's no real reason to doubt it though and I believe that we're going to be a happy bunch on here very soon.

There’s every reason to believe it seeing as the fellas have been at the last 2 games and were quite openly visible on Saturday after the story had broken.

It’s clearly a goer if the financials are correct.

I think so too but Mark Campbell was at a game or two and that fell through so we'll have to wait and see. Might well turn out that we dodged a bullet with him backing out, these boys seem to be operating at a much higher level.

This has been described to me as a ten year legacy project.

I'm not sure if these fellas have football loving sons but I'd love to see a Dynasty at Sunderland ;)
