There’s no company called ‘Energy Checker’, if they just mean ‘some energy check company’ then I point them to one of the clubs principle partners, Utilita.

There’s be a clear and immediate conflict, to at alone says ‘horse ****’ to me.

‘Let’s bring money money in by losing it elsewhere’. No, that’s not realistic.

Stewart Donald said in a podcast that they had received an offer for the naming rights of the Stadium, but he turned it down because naming rights in the Championship would attract a much higher revenue. It sounds like someone spinning information to undermine the owner.

If he was sacked there's no way Methven would have been so gushing in his praise, even if they officially went down the "mutual decision because of family reasons" line they wouldn't have added any of the stuff about how they hope to welcome him back loads of times in the upcoming years and the likes. They might not want to admit he was sacked, but there'd be no reason to be so gushing in praise. I'm about as certain as can be that he wasn't sacked. Whether him leaving was purely due to wanting to be closer to his family or whether the Americans want their own person in the team and they came to an amicable arrangement god knows, but suggesting he's incompetent and was sacked is a ****ing disgrace. Just invest or don't invest and end this ****ing ****e ffs

Yep, and that absolutely makes sense. They've said they aren't desperate for revenue in this league (might change if we're still here next season with no parachute payment but for now I can believe that we're fine). That being the case why would they accept naming rights which would be potentially divisive for the fan base, would bring in comparative buttons and leave us tied in for years when we expect to be in a higher league and a better position to negotiate before long.

Someone, or some people, are deliberately stirring ****, maybe for attention, maybe because they have some kind of agenda, but it's ****ing pathetic

I should have known this was coming, after all being positive about tomorrow's game and the positive post today about investment was bound to bring it out

******** got a text that Thursday night from ******* saying the deal with the yanks would be confirmed within the next two days. That’s why all the fan network broke the next and had t-shirts made and fanzines printed with DELL all over them. Then they ****ed it up being greedy.

It gets even worse regarding the management appointment…..

So they only wanted to get a manager until the end of the season and went to Ainsworth and he didn’t want to leave a job for 6months which is understandable. He apparently wanted a 2-year deal minimum. They ****ed him off and tried the same with Parkinson and he rejected it. They then went back to Ainsworth and offered him the 2 year deal that he wanted but he told Sunderland to **** off for messing him around so the club want back to offer Parkinson and offered him 18 months and he said he would only take the job on a 2.5yr contract. They offered him that. FFS


Ohh and to top it off – Netflix show isn’t going to be released unless they take out the January transfer window footage from last season as apparently ***** and ****** look horrifically embarrassing and haven’t got a clue what they are doing. The production team are saying they need to show a true reflection of the club and refused to take it out. The club are threatening to sue them if its released so it’s being parked until resolved.

I'm going to go ahead an not believe a word of that - If I was writing a piece to systematically attack Stewart Donald, that is pretty much what I'd write

What winds me up, is there is no though as to the consequences.

The fact 2 threads over the the road are still there when someones actions are blatently being called into question staggers me.

I don't think it's really worth getting wound up over tbh. I don't think anyone with half a brain would think...

Oh jesus, HALF A BRAIN? That rules out almost all of pure football!

Trouble is, these things seem to stick and it isn't right TD is being accused like this
