yeah but that is not what , speedy and prehabs and the rest are saying , they have said Donald has ballsed up the american deal and were now scrapping around for other investors speedy said the ones were currently talking to is nowhere near what we need .
We all hope smug is correct , and weather these other posters like Stewart or not it is irrelevant
How do they know what we need? I'm pretty sure neither of them are the fd of the club or involved in discussions on new sponsorship deals etc.

I think we need 4 billion pounds to. Invest in the team and Messi up front with Ronaldo but it isn't going to happen

He has trimmed them, I’m not disputing that.

He openly said we were ‘not quite breaking even’. He outright said that.

Then we lose £40-50 million?

Tell me mate, what’s filling that black hole? We need to be aware of this, it’s reality.

The parachute payment was only £19 million this year.
The Betdaq deal was negotiated in League 1 and quickly after Donald took over. I'd like to think we will have a replacement lined up that would be the similar to that deal, if not better.

If there's a series of issues it may take a dozen 'make or break' meetings.

If the first fails then it's all broken.

If there's a compromise, and agreement, you move onto the next issue .....

... just like Brexit.
Well at least it isn’t “off” or “on the brink of collapse” as the doom mongers are trying to flog, including one member of the national press!

You think there’d be a better deal for a club about to start a 3rd year in League One? We likely got more than our worth last time as they’d have expected us to go up and be at a higher level, prior to them pulling all shirt deals.

The worry is that if we were ‘just above break even’ with £35 million, and this season is £19million, the we are hoping and additional £16 million has been cut for this year from last?

Where from? Catts and Oviedo yeah, where else?

We need to go up. My whole point is that. If we don’t, cost cutting will become butchery.

Just imagine some of the bellends on RTG getting poorly. The have tests done. They phone up every 5 minutes for news but the tests take over a week.
Would they prefer...
A...You have Aids (then turned out clear)
B...You are clear (then actually ro have Aids)
C...tests are ongoing at the moment.

New manager boost and a couple of squad holes filled like CF and AM in January would see us go up I believe. Worrying times though no doubt about it. Absolutely crucial that we get the right manager and transfers in.

Zero faith in the blokes entrusted to make those decisions

Lots of money looking unlikely..?

Not the next Man City?

But some funds/investment?

Continuing to be as clear as mud
