Doesn't really warrant a new thread but have these been sent out yet?
I know our first game is away but seems a bit late in the day unless everyone else has received theirs?

Saw the envelope today & contents today.

Have to say it looked very smart and professional for the first time in many years.

In fact, it looked almost luxurious and extravagant, unlike previous years' efforts.

Seems like we are flush and also have stepped up by several notches the professionalism.

The package actually looks like it's a product of worth and that some thought and care has gone into it, with an enclosed fixture list (unlike in previous years when the SC had to get one printed).

The card holder is a thing of beauty too.

Very encouraging that someone at the club is stepping up to the plate here.

Chapeau.

I spoke to the ticket office earlier today and they were very helpful.
I live in Birmingham and am leaving for Hull on Thursday to get married there on Saturday. I explained my pass hadn't arrived and they told me not to worry- the South Stand ones were getting posted in the next couple of days. They'd have a look through the passes, try to locate my envelope and let me pick it up when I get to Hull. If the pass has already been sent, they'd simply print me off a ticket for the QPR game.
Can't grumble really.

I see you're an intelligent man. It took me ages to work out how to find the pass.

It's just a shame it doesn't say Hull City on it.

My mate who is in the seat right next to me got his pass in the post yesterday.

Me? Still nothing arrived.

I got my pass last wee
I have had many countless hours enjoying the brilliant pop up box the card is enclosed in

side comes out
side goes in
side comes out...
