Should Scotland be an Independent Country?

Well here's some interesting statistics from the ONS.

England and Wales infant mortality rate is the lowest that it's ever been @ 3.6 per 1000, whereas in Scotland under our marvellous SNP (and health being a devolved matter) the infant mortality rate is 3.7 so looks like the SNP, after 10 years in Government can't even beat the basturt english at this either.

Maybe if they stopped focusing on independence and actually focused on being a government then life wouldn't be so bad for the Yes voting simpletons.

You would of course, being a skilled plumber or whatever, understand the statistical significance of those figures ..
