It was though. Glenn Campbell was ****ing hopeless.

I watched it on STV last night once I came back from the Hydro and whilst it started well, it degenerated into a shout-fest.

Campbell should've stepped in and told one of them to shut-it.

Thought the crowd was a bit partisan too.

Finger wagging bollocks from both sides again with no basis in facts.

    Time for anarchy I think.

There can be no facts though because no one can predict the future.

We do know that the currency will be the £.
We do know that there are £trn of oil left.
We do know that Westminster do no give a **** about anyone outside of the SE of England.

The only thing left to decide is if you're willing to swap 300 years of shared history and success on a leap of faith. But staying together is also a leap of faith in some ways so the only question left is...

Favourite type of cheese. I got a great blue in Amsterdam that was absolutely delish.

There's a cracking cheesemonger in the Dam (don't ask me where) that sold a delish Brie. Melt in the mouth stuff it was. It's usually a strong cheese like a Gorgonzola for this orangeman.

    80% predicted turnout.

Watched the debate last night up my mates (was, er, up at his randomly about something that may or may not have been a dog).

His siblings have all registered to vote for the first time and are all meant to be voting Yes.

Two work colleagues this morning who were No about a year ago have gone full, enthusiastic Yes with 3 weeks to go. People who don't normally vote realise this is a chance people don't normally get - to get your country's independence by ticking a box.

I think this is going to be close as **** <ok>.

Remember devolution (Yes/Yes) vote was expected to be quite slim and ended up a bit ofa landslide?

Same thing could happen here - Salmond didn't **** it up last night.

Some ****s arses will be making buttons over the next coupla weeks.

I agree that it will be close. Closer than a lot of people think, but the bookies are hardly ever wrong...

How long before the Scottish civil war? <laugh>

Yes will get around 60% of the vote. Remember where you heard it first.

It's not about that, man - at least, that's not what I took from last night.

Left my mate's house as soon as it finished (properly caned).

The guy never talks about politics, he couldn't be less interested normally.

Talked about politics and the referendum all night including all his family registering for the first time.

Stoated about Paisley at the end of the debate, I left as they were summing up and the pubs emptied when it finished - folk going out for a smoke.

How anyone can think that pubs in working class towns being full and turning the sound up for a political debate on the telly is a bad thing is a bit beyond me.

I think we're lucky to be alive in a time when so many are participating in their future.

**** whether the country is "divided" for a while - Ill take that over that sleepwalking "I cannae dae anything about it, pffft" agnostocism about politics that's become endemic in Europe and North America.

I don't want pride or identity or any of the traditional Nationalist emotional nonsense to get too much in the way if I can help it.

But I'm proud to live in a country where everyone is taking an interest in democracy just now.

It's a good thing and a lot of countries could learn from how Scotland has gone about this.
