Scotland has the most f**ked up quasi-medeaval Land and Tenancy laws in Europe, far more favourable to rich parasites than is the case in England. Why do you think that after independence you'll suddenly address an issue you've ignored for centuries?

Cos the govermint ir going to push through a land reform bill that will limit the amount of land any wan person can own like wot it says in the BbC report that was posted a coupla posts ago :wink:

P.S. as for medieval land and tenancy laws . Scotland is the only part of the UK there is no law of trespass. So suck on them apples Nigel
