I'm guessing there will some attempt made to take back any land which was given by an English King to his lickspittles.

No, not a chance of them being that silly - nationalising private property (regardless of how it got private, 300 years ago) will spook the **** out of investors and cause a flight of capital.
 
Get the ****ing land snatched back. I grew up right in the heart of Clearances country so I'm all for snatching land back from rich ****ers.

Scotland has the most ****ed up quasi-medeaval Land and Tenancy laws in Europe, far more favourable to rich parasites than is the case in England. Why do you think that after independence you'll suddenly address an issue you've ignored for centuries?
