Hard luck guys - you could have gone for 5 selections in each race and still not found that one.

Could I just say, thanks for your thanks - if you see what I mean!

I seem to have been parked at this laptop for 3 solid days now included a 160 mile round dash to Oxford and back last night, so it's nice to see the efforts of all of us are appreciated. It wasn't an outcome we wanted, but probably the one most of us expected!

We are still to decide where to go from here - there is a balance that wasn't used, and the suggestion is that we try again at some time, using the balance as a starting point. Members of the Scoop6 Club should probably debate this in the group.
 
We would have have needed six picks in the first race and then we would have had that first as one of us did have it in their shortlist! Five more like that and it rolls over. Sorry fellas but a big well done to Reebs for all his hard work!
 
Thanks everyone, your effort is much appreciated. As for the left over money, I don't mind what is decided, although if it rolls over again, we have a good starting point as someone mentioned further up!
 
I bet it was cracker that had it. Anyway, none of us expected to win. Thanks for all the time that Reebs, Ron, Stick, Cracker and Bob put into it.
