Ok chaps - listen up.

There is a potential problem with the paying in method, and it is IMPERATIVE that I check this out with a UK resident.

I can't explain what happened when Ron did a transfer (and got it back) but I'm wondering if it is a European thing.

So - PLEASE - can someone with access to online banking right now, get in touch, you will get your quid back, if that's why no one is responding .....

Ok - there IS a problem, but it is one of logistics and can be circumvented, albeit a bit convoluted at my end!

The problem is this:

The account I want to use is an Instant Access, Online Savings account, and although it receives random payments, and I can, in return send from there, it does NOT identify where the payment comes from, merely describing each one as "Savings Deposit".

This means that I cannot identify who has paid and who has not! I'm not saying that there are dishonest people here, but it is the internet, and mistakes can happen.

The solution is this:

I will PM the bank details to each player individually, along with a UNIQUE payment amount. This may be a few pence over or under what you pledged, but it will enable me to track who has paid. Please don't whinge that while £25 was ok, £25.10 will ruin you!!!!

We should now discuss in Scoop6 Club the format and amounts - our final pledges total £1200, which gives us a nice shot at this :) I have started a thread in there already ..... although, I have to feed my dogs yet - and myself I suppose - so I won't be there for about an hour.

Just so you all know, I will be in a car at 10am tomorrow until about 12.15 at which point I'm then in a wedding meeting till roughly 3pm. My posts will be with Reebs tonight.

Reebs, I've not had your bank details pal. Have they been pm'd?
 
I've delayed sending details until we were sure how much we were using, but I have sent SOME - all the 100 club plus a couple of 50's who like yourself Bob, may not be around later. I'll send yours now.

There is quite a discusion about this in the Scoop6 Group - not sure if you have seen that Bob.

This will stay an open group for now, but once payments start arriving, then obviously non-payers will regretably have to be evicted for security reasons. It isn't personal!
 
Reebs, you haven't got me in your list and you haven't sent me the details.
Also how do I join the group? it is not inviting me to do so.

Reebs you are doing a great job under what must be a lot of pressure.
I reckon you have pledged 1325, so enough for 4 X 3 +1 X 4 + 1 X 2
 
In case it hasn't been noticed there is a direct link into the Scoop6 Club in the thread header
 
At the top of your screen, next to "Welcome", you will see "Notifications". You should have had a pop up notifying you. Click on Notifications then Inbox. You should then see any PMs received and invitations (and also awards).
