As a general observation, can I just say at this stage, if you had pledged to take part and then had a change of heart, then I'd sooner you told me, rather than be hanging around, not knowing. There will be no recriminations, this is an entirely voluntary venture, which is highly likely to fail, but the opportunity is here for those who want it

All: I have unavoidably got to go out, but I don't think there is much left for me to do until tomorrow morning.
