I was actually referring to the goal Simpkin scored in the Bramall Lane match. The one he scored in the Chelsea replay at B.P. ('66) was a stunner as you suggest. Waggy scored both in the game down at Stamford Bridge against Peter Bonetti (fabulous match that was too), but I've never been able to find filmed highlights of that match. Leavibg after the game in London, the Chelsea fans I spoke to were very complimentary about City - we gave 'em quite a scare that day.

We sure did, I was there at both games, at Stamford Bridge we had a clear cut penalty turned down by Taylor the referee also, hand ball on the line. Jock Davidson told me once he never forgave Jack Taylor for that.
