Not for me, I couldn't care less about the England team except for World Cup time. Euros, friendlies and qualifiers I couldn't care less. Not even an apathetic shrug.

I'd really like to see an England team that I could care about, but I can't stand half the players in the current squad. The main problem is not the influx of foreign players, it's the fact that most English players produced by English clubs seem to be twats.

Not necessarily. Adkins didn't exactly come in with a wealth of top class contacts and even then we got Sharp and Forte and were constantly linked with Hooper. I think the new manager will have plenty of say in transfers but, ultimately, that NC is in charge of negotiations etc.
