Not sure if it has been mentioned on here but Matty Fernandes won the Echo player of the season award.
Anyone think a pitch invasion might happen just because the club keep on banging on about it? Like they are manifesting the possibility.
Could even be intentional? Incite a few of our more dickhead fans on the pitch and they won't get into the ground for the Skates next season...
I'm not really being serious btw but it isn't completely out of the realms of possibility.
Can you imagine if there was a pitch invasion and then the PL deduct us 2 points to put us back on 10.....

Just seen a stat that Hasenhuttl is our last manager to record 3+ wins in the premier league. Puts into context just how insane it was that so many fans thought he was the problem.
Just because he was better than Martin and Juric, doesn't mean he is suddenly a world class manager. He was largely woeful in his last 18 months at the club, and he lost the dressing room badly. Plus he threw the entire squad under the bus.
He's just been sacked by a midtable German side, which kind of shows his level. Overrated one trick pony. Our fans need to get over him.
Very harsh. He was an excellent manager for most of his time at Saints.
Even all our recent ****e managers haven't been THE problem because it's not that simple. They have been part of the problem though, as was Hasenhuttl towards the end of his time with us.
I said 18 months. So that means he was good for about 2 years. So yeah, most of his time here was good. I agree.
But he still wasn't as good as some think he was.
And at times he was horrific.
