The rats are looking to desert as soon as that final whistle blows at the end of the season. And good riddance to most of them, as I think this piece below, describes our club very well.

Never heard of "prison rule football", it suggests that it is aggressive football. I ask because I have played against HMP Dartmoor prisoners team and they were the most friendly, polite games imaginable.

When I was a kid prison rules was just when there were no fouls so you kicked the **** out of each other basically.

Granted he's talking about United wheres there's a **** tonne more expectation but putting this rant on to the Saints team (especially post Martin) Who have we got? Who's putting everything they've got in to the full 90? At a push Fernandes? What a pathetic bunch of players we have

That’s one very emotional man. Got to love the passion.

Can’t find the Saints Women’s thread
Got to ask, does anyone know what’s gone wrong with them, they are really struggling this season
3 of the next 4 games are v the 3 teams beneath them in the league so I guess it may look better if (IF) they win all those

From the Athletic …

“But it’s always been like that.”

That tends to be the knee-jerk response when you mention that the Premier League’s three promoted clubs look destined to be relegated straight back to the Championship.

Except it hasn’t always been like that.

Typically, newcomers struggle to survive in the Premier League, especially in recent years — there’s nothing new there. But last season was the first time since 1998, and only the second time ever, that all three promoted Premier League clubs were relegated to the Championship”

Have we already hit our minimum required games? If so I can’t see us being on again

Must admit I was wondering that myself. We had quite a few before Christmas but only two since.

We'll definitely have at least one more though as the Everton game will be on TV. If that hits the quota they might not bother.

We're not even likely to be playing anyone with much to play for either. Villa perhaps.

Games staying as they are suits me anyway. I just hope Everton isn't moved to the Friday/Monday night.

Arsenal game will be as well as all games on the last day are shown.
