Yeah I agree. I'm not sure Ralph fits into the type of manager Chelsea go for. Aside from Frank, they usually go for a proven, big name, and there are a few of those available right now.

BBC has posted an article about each team's premier league player of the season so far based on their player rater scores (so it's essentially voted for by fans after each game).
Given the performances and consistency of JWP, Vesty and KWP I was a little surprised to see Ings as not only our highest rated player, but the highest rated player in the whole league!
