Anybody think it would be a good idea to bring in an understudy to learn from and assist Ralph?, maybe an ex player (or SKD) so any transistion would be smooth in the same way it is at The Mini-Skates with Tindall if Ralph does move on. The players are all familiar with the style and philosophy right down to Academy level and maybe there could be like it used to be at Liverpool when they always appointed a Manager within the "boot room".

I would think/hope that's part of the club's plans for the future. Ralph is 53 so it shouldn't be an issue for the next 20 years or so. I feel a statue coming on.

I will unhinge my jaw like one of those big snakes and eat the Ted Bates statue, whole, if Ralph is still our manager when he’s 73 years old.
I'll revise that to 10 years teach, sums not my best suit. Is that unhinged trick something that came naturally or did you have to work on it?
