Ralphie talking about the reason he came to Saints...an emphasis on developing youth. He likes the Saints model of bringing youngsters through (both Academy and those bought in) and accepts that this means that success means that those players are sold on. Reading it you can see why he suits Saints or at least the original Leihberr/Cortese plan which we lost along the way.

Just read this quote from Hoedt about his thoughts on Ralph freezing him out...
