<applause> to anybody who managed to read through all of them to actually make a choice.

I think we need to have them all get on stage and do a sing and dance followed by a dodgey phone in vote. Only way im going to be able to sit through the entire thing and decide :)
Think the finale should be a swimsuit parade....though we may end up plucking our eyes out. <laugh>

I think anyone who wants to get the chance to mouth off on a panel should automatically be excluded. Should be like a jury...be co-opted without right of appeal from the general population of fans. That would weed out the people you'd rather shoot than listen to. :)

I was at Royal Winchester golf club on Friday playing in there Charity AM AM was a really good day and it was all in aid of the Knights foundation. Its a charity that looks to provide support to disabled children and there families. Their CEO is non other than former saint Nicky Banger, his own daughter has cerebral palsy. I got chatting to him after the golf about his time at saints and he basically said that his best manager was Nicholl and that Branfoot was a horrible man who never spoke to him and wasn't really that involved with any of the players. He loved Alan Ball but at that time Saints had so many good forwards that he struggled to make the first team.

Somehow I stumbled across the Don Balon's 100 Great Prospects in football list.

Going back a few years Southampton prospects include Bale and Walcott. On the 2001 list was a Southampton player called Jay Lucas, who we had just signed from Wollongong Wolves: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/s/southampton/1122546.stm

Does anyone know what happened to him? I think he was part of the revolution that also brought in Adrian Caceres, Scott MacDonald and a portuguese player who name I have forgotten. Anyone got any good stories about any of these individuals apart from MacDonald who did quite well at Celtic and Middlesbrough?
