I can't see a change in manager happening at all. Saying that, Rasmus could see this as his chance to be the first Chairman to appoint 4 managers and pull off one of the greatest escapes ever!! He'd love that!

If it were to happen, and I know i'm going to be shot down for this, but if i would be looking at Pulis or Big Sam. We don't have time to learn new systems, try new fancy formations etc. For me it's give the players a ****ing rocket, stick 7 men behind the ball, 2 wingers, Little and Large upfront and pump balls in the box for Tall Paul for 90 minutes. Guaranteed we wouldn't do any worse than we have been. Guaranteed that a striker (remember those??) would score a goal!

Would i want either of those managers anywhere near the club after the last few games? Pulis definitely not, BFS probably not, but a change in style is the only thing that may change results. What's the old saying... If you keep doing the same things, you will keep getting the same results. We've had since Ralph went downhill to realise this, but seem completely blind to it.
 
I don’t really I’d stay and why any decent manager would come to us right now.

But if we could attract a big name like Potter then we should 100% throw money at him and pull the trigger ASAP.

I don’t think we will stay up regardless though.. and it is harsh on Selles

There's been so many since SR came through the door, it's concerning.

Off the top of my head over the past 6 months;

Danny Butterfield (loan manager)
Vince Bartram (academy keeper coach)
Dan Rice
Mikey Harris (u18s manager)
Matt Crocker (director of football)
Joe Shields (head of recruitment)
Jamie Clapham (set piece coach)

Imho the club have been a shambles for most of the season so why not roll the dice for the last 7 games and bring in a 4th manager.
Stick with Selles and we won’t get any where near 30 points, so no risk really as we’re 99% relegation certainties as it is.
But reality is that this group of players have no fight, balls or guts,so god knows which mad man will take on the 7 game challenge.

I don't know what to think about this (if true). The first reaction is eyes to the ceiling but on the other hand I quite like it that Saints are finding another source of ridicule. It's a form of Pseudobulbar, I've had it all season.
 
Personally, I wouldn’t be against getting yet another manager in, strictly on a temporary basis, if I thought this would somehow keep us up. For a couple of reasons, though, I don’t think it would work.

1. The players, even the better ones, are clearly completely demoralised and confused by the strange selection and substitution choices Selles has been making. It will take a lot more than 7 games to restore any coherent game plan into these players’ heads.

2. Rasmus Ankersen will be the one recruiting this stop-gap manager, and he has shown absolutely no evidence so far that his selection criteria are worth more than a very damp, fuseless squib.

I have resigned myself to relegation now, it’s inevitable, and my main hope for next season is that the incoming DoF actually knows how to recruit a manager and instill a coherent playbook strategy throughout the club. Then we might just have a slim chance of bouncing straight back up from the Championship again.

Unless the new coach is a player-manager and is capable of scoring goals out of nowhere at PL level, it will make zero difference. :)
