I have not seen anything along these lines posted on sites like BBC. It makes no sense whatsoever.
Simple fact is that Boro were never good enough. They were lucky to get another crack of the whip on Saturday and could not muster an attempt on goal let alone win the match. The result as the correct one and there will never be a review.

I would be staggered if it happened. It would be the biggest injustice in English football for years.
The EFL need to sort out their current rules without doing something crackers like this.
The worst part wasn't really covered in the original No7 post though.
They also talked around the -30 start to next season looking likely as other clubs are coming forwards in droves. They literally held on to their info of catching us spying so if we went up, we wouldn't be a threat to them next season, now we didn't all hell is going to break loose.
Redknapp to be fair said the -30 was too harsh and felt it should only cover 9 games, ergo -27 points.
