Quick check and you are right. The first post was after the expulsion with a “oh I finally sorted out my login again”
Ah nice cheers for the leg work <laugh>

Some people just wait to do all their kicking when someone is on the ground.

I swear I'm going to do a ted talk soon about people esposing their hollow virtues online.

Dw I’m pretty sure I speak for everyone when I say Hull are now are Saints’s favourite northern club :emoticon-0152-heart
Im old enough to remember Micky Channon peeling away after scoring with his arms windmilling as he ran. Also our kid lived in Eastleigh for a few years so watching out for the Saints was something I did.

What really needs to stop is this continual self flagellation over a relatively small transgression. If football operated at a higher moral level across the board (like golf for example) and what we had done genuinely damaged the integrity of the sport, I would agree with a harsh punishment. But it doesn't operate like that at all, and what's more you and every other fan accepts/overlooks that when you go to a match. Football doesn't have a good name or integrity to damage and anyone who thinks that Saints are the world's biggest cheats and "shouldn't be let off lightly" need to apply a dose of realism.
I'm not excusing what Saints have done, it was stupid because they risked a lot for very little. Spying is accepted outside of the times we were doing it so the cheating wasn't spying in itself, but spying at the wrong time. The punishment was way over the top and the "monumental **** up" only became monumental because of the determination by Boro and the EFL to make a disproportionate example out of us.
100%. Needs to be some serious perspective at this point. Saints fans calling for us to be punished more is ridiculous. If you consider how much breaking financial rules benefits teams over more than one season, and how that has a huge benefit for the clubs who perpetrate it, this unorganised observation of a bit of training, whilst wrong in the eyes of the EFL law, does not warrant destroying a club's future opportunities for the next few seasons. We are surrounded by opportunistic villains portraying themselves as victims, many of whom had zero chance of going anywhere this season anyway.

A -4 alone would probably stop any team doing this again, let alone being removed from the playoffs - going into further details on who did what to whom and doling out more punishment and points deductions would be a complete attack for the sake of gutting out a team (and one of the EFL's best teams) for a long time, and serve nothing additional (to what the punishment already was) in terms of deterring teams from doing this again.
