Watched most the game, and the quality was really high from both sides. I can’t imagine this formidable City side have had many games as testing as this.

Gutting they couldn’t find an equaliser during their more dominant periods in the second half, but the boys were fantastic, as they have been for the season.
 
It must be quite gutting to get so close but to push Man City who have an absolutely unrivalled academy structure so close is astonishing, really encouraging for the longer term.

I didn't think the quality was that high. I was expecting it to be a bit better if I'm honest. There were a few stand-out players, their winger who scored the second goal was excellent in the first half although he did have the freedom of St Marys...!! He was quieter in the second half when our left-back actually marked him (although being closer meant he got booked and could have been sent off <doh>) Their centre-back was also good as was the blonde lad that was playing centre-back for us. I have to say though that his centre-back partner did him no favours at all as he was either really nervous playing in front of a crowd or he just wasn't very good.
