It was a good ball but Ballard did all the hard work there. For a 17 year old to show the composure he did there is very exciting. That goal reminded me of Ings. The thing is there's no point in promoting him to the first team squad if he's just going to sit on the bench all the time. He needs to play to continue his development so it's not a straightforward call but I would certainly consider him for the Bournemouth game.

Does anyone know if that was Exeters first team or a heavily rotated side?

I think we've lost our first 2 fixtures, with one left so it's mathematically impossible to qualify now. I think.

I think his dad was a scout at Newcastle for awhile and was credited when they were signing all those French players a while back
