Seen him play in quite a few academy games and the guy is trash. He keeps on being way out of position and not really looking like he is trying. Like you said injury and lazyness has got to him. Nice guy to chat to though, bump inti him a lot where I live.
To be fair, a few of us were saying very similar things about Hojberg

Theo would have been a good signing if he played. Just what we need.

All these people saying we need to sign someone to hit the ground running may be disappointed. It could take any player a while to fit in. We also need to change the mentality/confidence in the camp and that could take a while too.

That to my mind is paramount. No point in signing a new player if the confidence and mentality is low

PS: Maybe MP2 is going to follow in the footsteps of the Big Mac. Get relegated, win the cup and get promoted again.

Lovely thought, but very different times. Sunderland had won the Cup three years prior to us, Fulham had lost in the Final the year before and West Ham won it four years later - each of these teams being in the 2nd Division at the time. In recent years we've seen Millwall and Cardiff get to the final, it's true, but they didn't exactly pull up trees when they got there, and both are notable by their absence at the top table. I suspect that glorious period of 1976-1984 is unlikely to be replicated by a "small club" unless someone comes in with mega-bucks.

You watch Everton pay £18M! Just a guess. I am really pissed of with how this club is being run! I really can see us, not sign anyone, keep Pellegrino, and get relegated! Les Reed when then pipe up "We tried to sign players, but we where let down"

And I’m getting really ****ed off with people moaning about **** that;

a) hasn’t yet happened
b) they haven’t got a ****ing clue about

We may or may not buy Theo. But in the same way as those trying to buy Sanchez, we are at least trying and guess what, sometimes shot just happens we can’t control.

Just people could think about things more rather than saying they are posed off with the club without the full facts. Not just getting at you, just the general feeling of running our beloved club down so much.

We’ve hardly covered ourselves in glory the last 4 transfer windows have we?

I don’t know what PEH you have been watching. I thought he showed a lot of promise when he first arrived, but he fizzled out like the rest of the squad. But as our positive fans like to do, they make a few scape goats...
I thought he showed a lot of promise when he first arrived too but clearly he did not figure in Claude’s plans. I saw him later in the season (and early this) playing for u23s and he looked disillusioned, disinterested and well off the pace. Credit to him though - he has worked hard and probably the one player that his dramatically improved under MP2. Looks class. I think with Gardos the injuries have hit him hard both physically and mentally.

Transfer fee won't be an issue, it will be his wage demands.
